PLAIN RECTANGULAR WHITE MARBLE TABLET MOUNTED ONTO A TRIANGULAR HEADED BLACK MARBLE TABLET. INSCRIPTION IN BLACK LETTERING. CROWN DEPICTED IN RELIEF AT THE TOP CENTRE OF THE BACKBOARD.
