Description
Wooden cabinet with metal grille doors that open to reveal a scene in relief showing a battle fleet at sea with Christ on the cross in the top part. The whole is carved in wood. On the top part of the cabinet, centred on the main inscription, is a roundel with a portrait head of Lord Jellicoe, Admiral of the Fleet in silhouette. Two brass plaques on each side of the cabinet incised with the names of naval gunners of all ranks killed in WW1.
