Description
Recreation ground of nine acres with a set of dedicatory wrought iron gates supported by two brick gate posts place dat the entrance. Two rectangular shaped plaques with the lists of the WW1 names placed on the gate posts and two rectangular plaques with the WW2 names placed on the gates. A rectangular plaque for a 1956 casualty. A rectangular plaque for Animals which died in WW1 The Town Coat of Arms is depicted on each side of the gates.
