Description
SCHOOL LIBRARY WITH DEDICATORY TABLET PLACED OVER THE ENTRANCE. INSIDE THE LIBRARY ARE TWO CARVED BENCHES: THEY ONCE FLANKED THE FIREPLACE AT THE OPPOSITE END TO THE ENTRANCE BUT NOW FACE EACH OTHER FROM OPPOSITE SIDES OF THE ROOM. A LION RAMPANT, HOLDING A PENNON, IS CARVED AT THE ENDS OF THE BENCHES AND THE WW1 NAMES ARE CARVED ON THE PENNONS. WW2 NAMES HAVE BEEN CARVED ONTO THE TOP OF THE BENCHES.
