- DATE UNKNOWN: WHEN BRADLEY WESLEYAN CHURCH AND BRADLEY PRIMITIVE METHODIST CHURCH AMALGAMTED IT APPEARS THAT THE PLAQUE WAS ADAPTED SO THAT THE NAMES OF THOSE FROM THE PRIMITIVE CHURCH COULD BE ADDED.
