- Rectangular brass plaque set within a stone backboard. Whole is mounted upon a black stone backboard. Incised inscription black lettering. Backboard takes the form of two columns supporting a nowy headed pediment. Incised foliate border on the plaque Crown incised at the top centre of the plaque
