- Description
- A professionally printed background sheet upon which the name of the district has been hand-written in gold on a green scroll above the two panels in which the names of the fallen have been written in calligraphy. The columns are separated by a margin in which the figure of Britannia holding a large laurel wreath appears. At the top the royal standard sits in the centre, against a background of the Union flag, with a scroll across the whole, and a laurel garland beneath. A row of six heraldic shields run across the bottom of the sheet.
