SHIELD IN CENTRE ("TABLET" BELOW) BEARS NAME OF THE FALLEN. SCALLOPED EDGES. SMALL DECORATIVE SLATE PANELS ABOVE CENTRE SHIELD DEPICT (LEFT) FOULED ANCHOR) AND (RIGHT) RIFLE.
