RECTANGULAR WOODEN BOARD WITH SCROLLED TOP AND CURVED BASE SURMOUNTS A WOODEN BACKBOARD. At centre top, between the scroll ends, is the badge of the British Legion carved in half relief. The names are on the main part of the panel outlined by a single line raised border using raised sans serifs capitals
