- Description
- Large, free-standing, brick clock tower with open undercroft containing wall mounted plaques. Figure of veiled seated woman in attitude of sorrow at top of WW1 plaque. University coat of arms at bottom centre. Four, panelled WWI plaques. The WWII roll of honour plaque faces (adjacent) the WWI plaques inside the clock tower walls at the base. The two plaques added beneath the WWII plaque remember the Afghanistan dead.
