- RECTANGULAR ILLUMINATED SCROLL OF HONOUR IN WOODEN FRAME WITH GLASS FRONT. HEADING OF SCROLL AND ILLUMINATED BORDERS ARE COLOURED. UNION FLAGS BEHIND HEADING. RED CORSS WITH CROWN IN CENTRE. ILLUMINATED SIDE BORDERS OF ROSES, THISTLES, LEEKS AND SHAMROCKS. OAK LEAVES AND ACORNS IN BOTTOM ILLUMINATED BORDER. OVAL PANEL IN CENTRE OF BOTTOM BORDER WITH CROSSED RIFLE AND SWORD. LEFT HAND SHIELD IN BOTTOM CORNER SHOWS FURLED ANCHOR, RIGHT-HAND SHIELD PROPELLOR AND WINGS.
