  • Middlesex County Times - Saturday 06 May 1922 A memorial to 228 men of Hammersmith Church and parish was unveiled and dedicated by the Bishop of Kensington on Saturday afternoon, at St. Paul's Parish Church. Hammersmith, in the presence of a large congregation. including the Mayor (Clr. Marshall Hays), aldermen, councillors, and Guardians. The memorial is affixed to the wall of the west end of the church, on the north side of the baptistry.
