2011, September: Refurbishment of plaques includes re-lettering in gold paint. Memorials are relocated to St Mary the Virgin and All Souls Church in Bulwell. 2011, March: The building formerly housing the Basford Social Club is set to be demolished. A Committee concerned with relocating the Basford Social Club memorials awaits confirmation from St Marys church, Bulwell, Nottingham, that the memorials can be installed in the church. 2009: Basford Social Club closes. War memorial is found in cellar.
