- Description
- Cross above a three-panelled wall with an explanatory shield in front on the ground. Whole is located on top of a grassy mound and surrounded by a garden in which most of the men commemorated on the memorial are buried.

Left and right sides: (Names) Shield: IN MEMORIAM OF THE MEMORY OF THE 3RD BATTALION MANCHESTER REGT WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES FOR THEIR COUNTRY ON THE MORNING OF APRIL 1ST 1916. A TRIBUTE OF RESPECT FROM THE CLEETHORPES BAPTIST CHURCH. DEATH IS SWALLOWED UP IN VICTORY 1 COR X V 54.
