Description
White painted pebble dashed clock tower with dedicatory tablet inset on one side and subscription tablet inset on the other. Memorial panel in Portland stone with block lettering. Pyramid tiled roof surmounted by weather vane. Isle of Ely Borough coat of arms on the 6 o'clock face.

Condition
History
On the night of 2-3 March 2000 this memorial suffered storm damage. Repairs to the weather vane and roof were carried out by Elm Parish Council. Clock is on an annual maintenance agreement with Smiths of Derby. The clock has a voluntary village caretaker, Mr. A. Loughton, who hand winds each week.
