THREE STEPPED BASE SURMOUNTED BY SQUARE PLINTH AND OBELISK. WHOLE IS ENCLOSED BY A CHAIN LINK FENCE. INSCRIPTION INCISED ON THE SIDES OF THE PLINTH WREATH CARVED AT THE BASE OF THE SHAFT
