Description
St Cuthberts Cross (roughly Malterse Cross shaped) on tall slender tapering shaft and plain square plinth. The main inscription is down the front of the shaft. The quotation is on the front of the pedestal. Lettering is incised and filled with lead, using sans serif capitals.
