THE BRONZE PLAQUE FOR WW1 AND WW2 WERE ORIGINALLY OUTSIDE THE MEMORIAL WAR AT ASHINGTON HOSPITAL. WHEN THE WARD WAS DEMOLISHED THE PLAQUES WERE PLACED IN THE CRICKET CLUBHOUSE UNTIL THEY WERE INCORPORATED IN THIS MEMORIAL
