- Oak board. The lower, greater, part is divided into four panels by pilasters. Above these there are two shallower panels, topped by a dome at centre top. The dedication occupies the dome. The names are listed in a single column on each of the 4 main panels. The lettering is painted in gold, using sans serifs capitals throughout.
