- SQUARE BASE SURMOUNTED BY TAPERING PEDESTAL, SHAFT AND CELTIC CROSS. INSCRIPTION IN LEAD LETTERING ON THE SHAFT AND PEDESTAL. ADDITIONAL STONE TABLET ADDED TO THE BASE WITH WW2 INSCRIPTION ON IT. SET ON A CONCRETED AREA BACKED BY A LOW FENCE AND FLOWER BED. WROUGHT IRON GATE WITH 'BRITISH' AND LEGION' AND THE DATES 1914 and 1945 AS PART OF THE DESIGN TO THE FRONT OF THE CROSS. All letters are elongated capitals, with the exception of the words "To the Reverend memory of" which are ornate. The names appear in a single column on the shaft of the cross, CELTIC KNOTWORK DESIGN ON THE SHAFT OF THE CROSS;
