Condition
History
When the memorial was moved in 2003, the WW1 names were weathered, so they plus the WW2 name were inscribed on a stainless steel plaque which was fixed to the first plinth covering the weathered inscription. When the memorial was renovated in 2016, the plaque was moved to the back of the memorial and the original weathered lettering restored.
