Description
Three-stepped base surmounted by an octagonal plinth and pedestal on which a figure of a soldier of the Worcester regiment is kneeling as he prepares to fire his last cartridge. Above him is the winged figure of Immortality holding in one hand a palm branch over the soldier's head and in the other a sheathed sword with laurel wreath on it. Inscription on the front face of the pedestal.
