- Two carved wooden boards divided into three panels. Gold painted inscription carved in the centre of each board and tracery design carved at the top of the outer panels of each board. Gold painted crown with cross within it is carved in relief above one inscription and gold painted cross within a laurel wreath is carved above the other inscription
