Comments: The Keith Rae Trust was established on 28 Feb. 1921 with £3,000 given by Edward Rae to provide 'A Permanent Memorial of the work of Keith Rae in connection with Balliol College Boys' Club.' After the club closed in 1971, the compensation was invested and the Trust gave grants to various youth organizations. In 1993, one of these was Wolvercote Boys' Club, the current known location of the memorial.
