Description
Base surmount by tall pedestal, plinth and obelisk. Inscription on tablets set into the sides of the pedestal and on the front face of the base of the plinth. Additional inscription on a tablet on the wall behind the memorial. Red painted dragon, gold painted cross and white painted feathers within a gold crown at the top of the front tablet.
