- A rectangular brass plaque fixed to a wooden backboard. The brass plaque is filled in the left hand third with a figure of knight with a St George's cross on his shield in an 'Art Nouveau' style. The cross is coloured red and there are some other trimmings in red. The centre and right hand third comprises the dedication and list of names.
