Description
A highly polished brass plaque in a simple dark, hardwood frame. Above the main inscription a scroll across the top of the plaque with inscription- 'To the glory of God'. Just below and above the inscription an incised disc bordered inside by a laurel wreath with a cross in the centre. The names listed are followed by a quotation. A second smaller plaque contains the inscription and names of those who died in the Second World War.

TO THE GLORY OF GOD THIS TABLET IS ERECTED IN GRATEFUL MEOMRY OF THE MEN OF THIS PARISH WHO HAVE FALLEN IN THE GREAT WAR 1914-1918/ (Names)/ "THEIR NAME LIVETH FOR EVERMORE" / ALSO IN REMEBRANCE OF THE MEN OF THIS PARISH WHO GAVE THIER LIVES IN THE/ WORLD WAR 1939-1945/ (Names)/ "I LAY DOWN MY LIFE THAT I MAY TAKE IT AGAIN"
