- TWO-STEPPED CIRCULAR BASE SURMOUNTED BY PLINTH AND OBELISK. METAL CROSS AT THE TOP. INSCRIPTION ON BRONZE CAST PLAQUE ON ONE SIDE OF THE PLINTH. WHOLE IS ENCLOSED BY IRON RAILINGS A ROSETTE IS EPICTED IN RELIEF ON EACH CORNER OF THE PLAQUE.
