SET OF IRON GATES BETWEEN YORKSHIRE STONE PILLARS: SCHOOL BADGE IN IRON SCROLL WORK ON TOP OF GATES WITH LATIN MOTTO. TABLETS ATTACHED TO PILLARS CARRY COMMEMORATION (ON RIGHT) AND NAMES (LEFT).

History
Repaired after vehicle damage in 1991 when graffiti was also noted. At some subsequent point, the tablets were switched, the Names (now on the Left) originally being on the Right pillar as observed from the road, and both were raised up the pillars.
