- Description
- The memorial is in the form of a Sculpted figure of Christ upon a 7 foot wooden cross, with a triangular roof, surmounting a square plinth on a three stepped base built of Kentish ragstone. Names inscribed in black letters on the four faces of the plinth, which also has carved corners, giving the effect of small pillars. Second World War inscription is on a paving slab at foot of memorial. On the south side of the crossroads of Alt Saints' Avenue and Haftsdown Road, Margate, Kent.
