- Description
- Figure of a soldier in First World War uniform, wearing cap and greatcoat with large pack, in mourning pose with head bowed, resting on arms and rifle reversed. On square plinth with cornice and four stepped base. The bottom step being concrete, second step sandstone, the next two steps granite. WW1 inscription on plinth with later wars inscribed on upper steps.
