Description
Marble tablet set on nowy-headed slate backboard. Inscription on centre panel with nowy-headed border. Cross in relief set on partial column centred above inscription. Inscription framed by two protruding columns with ornamentation in relief. Segmented rolled moulding across top of tablet with incurving moulding on lower edge. Inscription is presented in black capital lettering.
