- Description
- A MEMORIAL INSTITUTE WITH TWO STONE TABLETS PLACED IN FRONT OF IT WITH DEDICATORY INSCRIPTIONS IN BLACK LETTERING ON THEM. A SHAPED PIECE OF STONE SITS ON TOP OF THE HIGHER, WW1 TABLET AND SMALLER ROCKS ARE PLACED AROUND THE WHOLE. A STONE PLANTER WITH A POPPY SYMBOL AND SILOUETTES OF SOLDIERS ON THE FACE STANDS IN FRONT OF THE WW2 TABLET. SET INTO THE BASE OF THE BUILDING ARE A SERIES OF FOUNDATION STONES WITH INSCRIPTIONS ON THEM COMMEMORATING THE LAYING OF THE FOUNDATION STONES.
