- Description
- Maltese cross on a pedastel above a tapered octagonal shaft on a short corniced column mounted on two steps, with a carved laurel wreath on the South-East face of the shaft. There is an incised Great War dedication on the face of the top step on the East face, with the WW1 names above. The WW2 names are on the South face, with the Afghanistan name on the West face. The names are machine engraved on metal panels affixed to the column. The original WW1 and WW2 names are presumably underneath these panels.
