- Commercially printed Roll with the title and names written in coloured inks locally. The decoration on the Roll features the Royal Coat of Arms flanked by the flags and symbols of the Allied Nations at the top, with columns, linked by a laurel garland across the top of the names, bearing the flowers of Great Britain on each side, with lions on pedestals below, resting on a plinth with shields bearing symbols at each side and anchors fouled by a sea creature on the inner edge, with a nowy arched blue panel bearing a further inscription at the centre. The names of transport officials are inscribed at the bottom.
