Description
Described as "an imposing obelisk of 17th century Georgian character, a square die on a raised platform or stylobate of three steps. On four sides are sunken bronze plaques containing 120 names." The plaques are surmounted by laurel wreaths in bronze. Crowned with a cornice having finials in the form of 17th century urns. On top of each urn is an everlasting flame.
