Description
Octagonal Portland stone plinth surmounted by a Portland stone Latin Cross. Names are inscribed on four sides of the plinth. The first 87 names listed are those that were originally inscribed on the memorial in 1921. The remainder, which are the last names on side 3 and all the names on side 4, were added later, it is thought in 1922.

Condition
History
In 2000, the dedicatory inscription could not be read and many of the names were illegible. Since then, however, the memorial has been cleaned and dedication and names recarved.
