- Description
- Bronze winged figure of victory with olive branch in raised left hand and laurel wreath in right hand. Figure surmounts bronze half-globe which in turn surmounts large stone plinth. Plinth bears bronze plaques on three sides with names of WW1 fallen. Further bronze plaques at base of plinth bear names of WW2 fallen. Whole set on four-stepped stone base in paved area. Cross carved into one side of plinth A square stone obelisk with a cast bronze figure of a woman on the top.
