- Two-stepped base surmounted by double plinth and column with fleur-de-lys on top. Surrounded by iron railings. Inscription incised onto the front face and names in raised lettering all in black. Faces 2, 3 and 4 have names incised and picked out in black, additional names have been added above and below the original names.
