Description
Two-stepped square base surmounted by a square sectioned plinth & tapering square sectioned pillar-like obelisk. Inscription and name plaques on sides of obelisk pillar. Lion gripping a wreath in its mouth, in relief above 6 o'clock inscription panel face of obelisk. A metal fence encircles the upper base-step. The whole memorial is enclosed on two sides by a floral garden.
