Description

FOUR-STEPPED BASE SURMOUNTED BY PLINTH AND CENOTAPH. WHOLE IS SURROUNDED BY SHORT SQUARE POSTS. SWORD WITH WREATH AT THE TOP OF THE HILT ON THE FRONT FACE OF THE MEMORIAL.
