- STONE PLINTH ON A TWO-STEPPED BASE WITH DECORATIVE PILLARS ON EACH CORNER OF THE PLINTH AND METAL INSCRIPTION PLAQUES ON EACH SIDE. SURMOUNTED BY A SHORT, BROAD AND SLIGHTLY STEPPED COLUMN WITH FOUR DECORATIVE BUTTRESSES AND A METAL DOMED CAP ON TOP.
