Details: Community collection to raise money - £506 in total - to meet cost of memorial. Unveiling ceremony 02/07/1926. Minutes of Memorial Committee translate (from Welsh) that : "We have been a little slow but if we have, we will build a fitting memorial. It is likely that the clock will be most beautiful and justify intention." Mason - John Griffiths (Llangefni), Sculptor T.R. Williams (Llangefni), Moelfre quarry stone used. Memorial now the responsibility of Cyngor Bro Gwalchmai (Community Council)
