- Engraved black lettering on a marble tablet in a wooden frame. (When the memorial was originally erected in 1921, the Carrara marble tablet bearing the dedicatory inscription and names was fixed to a dove grey marble back panel, that was engraved with the County Coat of Arms and dates 1914 1919. On an unknown date since, the names panel has been detached from the dove grey marble panel, and is instead now enclosed within a wooden frame).
