- FRAMED GLAZED ROLL OF HONOUR. ILLUMINATED BORDER AND LETTERING. BLACK AND RED LETTERING. PAINTED BORDER WITH MANY DECORATIVE FEATURES.ROYAL COAT OF ARMS AT TOP CENTRE. FLAGS OF VARIOUS COUNTRIES AROUND THE BORDER. SHIELDS OF ENGLAND, WALES, SCOTLAND AND IRELAND ALONG TOP OF ROLL. HALFWAY DOWN LEFT HAND SIDE IS A DEPICTION OF A SAILOR AT DUTY ON BOARD SHIP. HALF WAY DOWN RIGHT HAND SIDE IS A DEPICTION OF A SOLDIER CARRYING THE BRITISH FLAG. TWO BATTLE SCENES ARE ALONG THE BOTTOM OF THE ROLL; ONE ON LAND AND ONE AT SEA. INSIDE THE BORDER AND EITHER SIDE OF THE NAMES ARE SHIP FLAGS SIGNALLING A MESSAGE.
