Description
A rectangular brass plaque set within a marble frame. The plaque is engraved with a commemorative inscription at centre and flanked on all sides by 33 enamelled regimental shield. Each shield is accompanied by the engraved name of a casualty. The shields, which explain the regiment, rank and war medals of each casualty, are described more fully in a leather-bound book.
