- Granite Celtic-style cross with carved inset crusaders sword. The dedication is on the cross shaft and plinth with the names on the plinth. This is standing on a stepped base that has a section at the back bevelled for a dedication.

- On roadside of memorial: TO THE GLORY OF GOD AND // IN GRATEFUL MEMORY OF / THE MEN OF THIS PARISH WHO GAVE / THEIR LIVES FOR THEIR COUNTRY / IN THE GREAT WAR 1914-1918/ (names) On side of memorial: 1939 - 1945 (names) On back of memorial step: "IN MEMORY OF THE CANADIAN TROOPS / WHO LEFT WISBOROUGH GREEN ON 19th AUGUST 1942 / TO TAKE PART IN THE RAID ON DIEPPE, / MANY OF WHOM PAID THE SUPREME SACRIFICE."
