- C 1990'S: MEMORIAL WAS ON DISPLAY IN THE RECEPTION AREA BUT FOLLOWING AN ATTEMPT TO STEAL IT, IT WAS REMOVED AND PLACED IN STORAGE. PRESUMABLY THIS WAS WHEN THE RELIEF OF THE SOLDIER AND THE CITY ARMS WENT MISSING
