dATE UNKNOWN: THE FIRST HALF OF THE PLAQUE WAS DESTROYED WHEN THE CHURCH WAS DEMOLISHED. THE VICAR RESCUED THIS FRAGMENT. 2005: St Iguatius Church closed and whereabouts of memorial unknown.
