- Ornate cast bronze plaque with inscription in white lettering. Wreath and garlands in relief at top. School crest within wreath. A shield bearing an enamelled letter in a shield appears at each corner of the name panel, corresponding to the names of the first four named on the memorial who gave their names to the houses of the school, B, H G and T, namely Brown, Hoey, Griffiths and Thurlow.
